Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Retail orders are shipped by Australia Post within 1-2 business days of purchase. All retail orders include free shipping with 5-7 day Standard Post with tracking. If you require ExpressPost, you can select that at the checkout for an additional cost of $9.95.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tulā Collection is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you’re not 100% happy with your order, then get in touch for an exchange, store credit or refund.
For all return and exchange enquiries, please send an email with your name, order number and the details of your query to hello@tulacollection.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Items purchased in the last 30 days.
They must be unworn and unaltered. With the packaging still attached. Postage is not refundable.
Our refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
For exchanges the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed. Shipping of the exchanged items is at the customer's expense.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/ RETURNABLE?
Clearance / Sale Items. This includes any product that is purchased on a sale event.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Tulā Collection is not responsible for any duties, import fees or charges associated with importing goods into your country.
